Dear NCBC Pastor,
Greetings in the Name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
You and your congregation are invited to participate in the National Capital Baptist Convention’s (NCBC) Recording Project. The purpose of the Recording Project is to edify God in music ministry and to provide a financial blessing to the NCBC. Your church’s participation is paramount to the success of the Recording Project. God has blessed this choir to learn 11 spirit-filled songs in the month of July. We have more to do and more voices are needed.
This will be a fast-paced project beginning immediately and culminating in a professionally produced CD. The primary information source will be NCBC Website: Encourage everyone to check the website at least once a week. We humbly request that the NCBC Recording Concert and all rehearsals be announced and/or added to your church bulletin, website and social media. Rehearsals have been moved to Mondays to increase participation.
The Recording Choir will be made up of the churches that are a part of the NCBC. Please encourage your members and choir members to participate. Monday, August 19th is the last day that new members will be accepted into the NCBC Recording Choir and have their names listed on the final CD release. NCBC Pastors will also be recognized on the CD for their church’s participation.
