The Second (2nd) Vice-President is responsible for developing and overseeing boards with the exception of the Executive Board and the General Board; along with the President is responsible for appointing all Board Chairpersons staffed with members from churches in the NCBC; and the recruitment of new churches. The 2nd V. P. is also responsible for the support of and attending all Annual Sessions of the NBC USA, Inc.
