The Executive Board consists of all Parent Body Officers, Auxiliary Presidents, former Presidents of the Convention and Officers of the Auxiliaries. The Board shall have the power to complete any unfinished business of the Convention, carry forward an activity committed to it by the Convention and shall report to the Convention its activities. The President shall serve as Chairman of the Executive Board.
