Boards
Besides the four comprehensive boards of the Convention, several other ad-hoc boards, commissions and committees are established to handle the specialized needs and activities of the convention as follows::
- Evangelistic Board/Commission - work with local churches to create efforts of Christian outreach within their geographical area;
- Housing/Board Commission - matters relating to the Convention’s interest in and the subsequent acquiring of
properties called housing;
- Finance Commission - all Financial matters of the Convention;
- Banquet Committee - planning and implementation of all phases of the Convention’s banquet;
- Budget Committee - submission of the Convention’s overall budget;
- Bylaws and Constitution Committee - propose revisions to the By-Laws and
Constitution of the Convention;
- Musical Committee - planning and the implementation of the Convention’s annual pre-musical;
- Program Committee - planning and implementation of the Annual
Session of the Convention

- Registration Committee - planning and implementation of the registration process of all Convention sessions, including the Auxiliary sessions;
- Revival Committee - planning and implementation of the Convention’s Annual City-Wide Revival;
- Time and Place Committee - securing for approval all physical locations and times for the various sessions of the Convention;
- Appropriations Committee - submission all funds appropriations for approval;
- Nominations Committee - submission of names as candidates for all elected offices;
- Hospitality Committee - greet all delegates and/or visitors as they
enter the building and during any other formal welcome program
