Commissions

There are two (2) recognized Commissions that work in harmony with the Convention to contribute to the accomplishment of its mission, fulfillment of its needs, and attainment of its corporate purposes. These Commissions are governed by their own officers Executive Board (Board of Directors). The Commissions are appointed by the President of the NCBC. The Commissions, where feasible, have adopted the five (5) region organizational structure of the Convention, each headed by an Auxiliary Regional Vice President. The Commissions of the Convention hold meetings & events, and conduct activities to support its mission.
