The Dean is responsible for the selection of qualified and certified teachers, instructors and all persons who shall constitute the faculty and educational setup of the congress; the required courses, textbooks, credits, graduation, etc. Before disseminating information about the Christian Leadership School part of the Congress, the State Dean shall present his/her recommendations to the President for review. He/She shall be the connecting link among the Sunday School Publishing Board.
