Membership Program
Member Churches may maintain their membership and good standing with
this Convention by submitting the following monthly assessments.
Churches with:
100 Members or less $80 per Month ($960/yr)
101 – 200 Members or less $110 per Month ($1320/yr)
201 – 500 Members or less $150 per Month ($1800/yr)
501 Members and above $175 per Month ($2,100/yr)
Upon payment of the above assessments by the opening of the Annual
Session, each Church shall be entitled to ten (10) Messengers, including
the Pastor.
Member Churches who are totally paid up financially shall be exempt from registering in the following:
A. All auxiliary Annual and Quarterly registrations
Member Churches who are totally paid up financially shall not be exempt from the following assessments:
A. Annual City-Wide Revival
B. All ticketed affairs and other fundraisers
Member Organizations may maintain their membership and good standing
by paying an annual assessment of $150.00. Said assessment must be
paid by the end of the Annual Session. Upon payment of the above
assessment, the Organization shall be entitled to one Messenger, its
President or Moderator.
Any member of a regular Missionary Baptist Church may become an
annual member of the NCBC by the payment of $50.00 during the Annual
Session. Annual registration of $50.00 will maintain membership and
good standing. However, such annual members shall not have the
privilege to vote or be eligible to hold office in the NCBC.
Any regular ordained Baptist Minister who is a member of a regular
Missionary Baptist Church and registers with the assessment fee of
$100.00 may become an active member with all rights and privileges of
the NCBC with the exception of holding an elected officers position.
The Church, of which he/she belongs, must be a recognized Missionary
Baptist Church. Annual registration of $100.00 will maintain membership
and good standing. Registration must be made by the opening day of the
Annual Session.
